About Pro Build - Construction Landing Page
What we like about Pro Build - Construction Landing Page is how little it tries to be everything — it does architecture, and that is the job we wanted filled on the Templates to Sell shelf. There are no reviews on it yet, so judge it by the preview and not by a score that does not exist. It is creativeproduction.rrgraph's work. It is quiet on saves so far, so take this as our opinion rather than the crowd's.
We would use it the way the listing hints — builder — and that is also where we would start if you are trying it for the first time. If you plan to resell the result, read the licence tab first — commercial use is a property of the file, not of your intentions. The licence tab and the full-size preview are the whole of our due diligence here, and they take about a minute between them.

How to use this template
- Download the file from Creative Fabrica and open the licence first — commercial resale is granted separately, and a template you cannot sell is a template you cannot use.
- Open the Canva link with «Use template» so you edit a copy; files for print come as a PDF at the trim size stated in the listing.
- Change enough to make the listing yours — fonts, palette, cover, order of pages. The same untouched template is already on the first page of search.
- Export a test copy at final size and read it on a phone before you upload: that is where most buyers will look at it first.
