About Lofty - Real Estate Finder App Design
Lofty - Real Estate Finder App Design earned its place here for one reason: it is a straight answer to apartment, and straight answers are rarer in this template catalogue than you would think. Only 1 person has saved it so far, so this is our pick rather than the crowd's. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict. It comes from Productype.
We would use it the way the listing hints — app — and that is also where we would start if you are trying it for the first time. Check whether the licence allows the end product you have in mind. Print-on-demand and client work are not always covered by the same terms. One thing we always do and you should too: open the preview full size. A thumbnail hides exactly the detail that decides whether apartment is really what you are getting.

How to use this template
- Download the file from Creative Fabrica and open the licence first — commercial resale is granted separately, and a template you cannot sell is a template you cannot use.
- Open the Canva link with «Use template» so you edit a copy; files for print come as a PDF at the trim size stated in the listing.
- Change enough to make the listing yours — fonts, palette, cover, order of pages. The same untouched template is already on the first page of search.
- Export a test copy at final size and read it on a phone before you upload: that is where most buyers will look at it first.
