About Demolition
If architecture is what you came for, start here — Demolition is the plainest reading of that request on the Templates to Sell shelf. No reviews either way, so the preview is doing all the work on this one. It is quiet on saves so far, so take this as our opinion rather than the crowd's. It comes from ayuhanggana.
We keep it filed mentally under breaker, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. Check whether the licence allows the end product you have in mind. Print-on-demand and client work are not always covered by the same terms. Open it big before you commit. At thumbnail size every template on this shelf looks equally good, which is the problem with thumbnails.

How to use this template
- Download the file from Creative Fabrica and open the licence first — commercial resale is granted separately, and a template you cannot sell is a template you cannot use.
- Open the Canva link with «Use template» so you edit a copy; files for print come as a PDF at the trim size stated in the listing.
- Change enough to make the listing yours — fonts, palette, cover, order of pages. The same untouched template is already on the first page of search.
- Export a test copy at final size and read it on a phone before you upload: that is where most buyers will look at it first.
