About Printable Weight Loss Planner, Journal
Printable Weight Loss Planner, Journal earned its place here for one reason: it is a straight answer to 30 days challenge, and straight answers are rarer in this template catalogue than you would think. The save count is still small at 94, so read this as our opinion and not a consensus. Nobody has reviewed it, which we do not hold against a new file — but it does mean the preview is the only honest evidence. It comes from PoshAlpaca.
A mockup is a sales tool, so the ones worth keeping have a realistic shadow and a placement area big enough for a real design. We keep it filed mentally under before & after, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. Spend the minute on the preview at full size — it is where you find out whether 30 days challenge was the description or the aspiration.
If you came in looking for bmi tracker, body measurements, cardio tracker and daily planner, you are in the right place — the listing carries all of those, which is the clearest sign the designer built it for that job rather than retitled it afterwards. On this site it lives on the Mockups for Listings shelf, so it also turns up for people browsing mockups for listings rather than searching for it by name. The same shelf also answers to mock up, mock-up and mockup, so widen the search there before giving up on it.

How to use this template
- Download the file from Creative Fabrica and open the licence first — commercial resale is granted separately, and a template you cannot sell is a template you cannot use.
- Open the Canva link with «Use template» so you edit a copy; files for print come as a PDF at the trim size stated in the listing.
- Change enough to make the listing yours — fonts, palette, cover, order of pages. The same untouched template is already on the first page of search.
- Export a test copy at final size and read it on a phone before you upload: that is where most buyers will look at it first.
