About Farmhouse
Most of what turns up under cricut svg needs work before it is usable. Farmhouse is the version that does not. Unreviewed so far — read that as untested rather than as a verdict. 26 saves mean nobody has tested it for you. We still think it holds up. Credit goes to Farmstone Studio Designs.
Check whether it comes with a smart object or only a flat image. Without one you are erasing by hand on every listing. We keep it filed mentally under farmhouse cut file, which is the use that needs the least adjusting afterwards. We check two things before any download like this: the preview at full size, and whether the licence covers what you plan to do with it.
It answers to farmhouse home, farmhouse svg, home decor and svg for signs, and that spread of wording is worth noting: a file tagged this consistently usually behaves the way the preview suggests. We keep it under Mockups for Listings, which is where to look if you want the rest of the mockups for listings we have gone through. Nearby you will see mock up, mock-up and mockup, which is where to go if this one is nearly right but not quite.

How to use this template
- Download the file from Creative Fabrica and open the licence first — commercial resale is granted separately, and a template you cannot sell is a template you cannot use.
- Open the Canva link with «Use template» so you edit a copy; files for print come as a PDF at the trim size stated in the listing.
- Change enough to make the listing yours — fonts, palette, cover, order of pages. The same untouched template is already on the first page of search.
- Export a test copy at final size and read it on a phone before you upload: that is where most buyers will look at it first.
